There have been two responses to this work: Creepy! or Cool!
It is signed IY on the front, and Ian on the back. I’m presuming that Ian was the artist who painted it. Approximately 8 inches by 10 inches and in decent condition.
I’d be tempted to put it in the back of the refrigerator as a shock tactic against late night snacking but maybe you have a guest room that needs some sprucing up.
