Original painting “Nehalem Railroad Siding” by Harry Wentz (1875-1965).
Wentz is a well known historic Oregon painter who taught at the Museum Art School for over 30 years (1910-1941). Besides his enduring legacy influencing subsequent generations of ‘name-brand’ Oregon painters he is also well known for the cutting edge design of his Neahkahnie studio, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
