Painted and signed by Minna Moeller in 1909. We’re not totally sure but it seems like there’s an even chance this is possibly the same Minna Moeller that lived at 116 N 13th St Harrisburg PA in 1904 (As reported in the Harrisburg Telegraph on Monday August 1, 1904).
It is in excellent condition and measures 6 inches across, not including the handles.
